Galloway Run/Walk/Run Program

Train for your full or half marathon with experienced group leaders using a method of run/walk/run intervals or walking.  The Galloway Program is a time-tested mentoring system to train you for your race, injury free, with only three training runs per week. The 17-week program is for beginner and intermediate runners training for the half marathon and intermediate to experienced runners training for the full marathon.
